C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de monsieur Regis Young. Il est décédé le lundi 26 mai 2025, à l’âge de 83 ans.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse bien-aimée depuis 60 ans : Sonia Young (née McLaughlin); ses enfants : Ricky (feu Lucie Gionet), Robbie (Jackie Honen) et Rhonda (Guy Blanchard); ses petits-enfants : Sheldon (Ashlyn Hale), Alex (Marc-André Aubin), Kendra, Trysta, Justin (Jessie Bond), Jeremy et Brittany (Charlie Peters); ainsi que ses 12 arrière-petits-enfants : Ethan, Mila, Béatrice, Jeanne, Brinley, Beau, Mikey, Lakynn, William, Théo, Clara et Rowen.
M. Young laisse également dans le deuil ses sœurs : Molly Young, Eva Rousseau et Vicky Young; ses frères : Wilford, Gerald, Norman et Robert Young; ses belles-sœurs : Loma Brunette et Martyna McLaughlin; ainsi que de nombreux neveux, nièces, parents et amis.
Il est allé rejoindre ses parents, Andrew Young et Orshel Reynolds, ainsi que son frère Andrew JR
Parents et amis sont invités à se recueillir le jeudi 5 juin 2025, de 10 h à 12 h et de 13 h à 16 h, à la Coopérative funéraire du Témiscamingue, 11 rue Riordon, Témiscaming. Une cérémonie suivra sur place à 16 h.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Regis Young.
He passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025, at the age of 83.
He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 60 years, Sonia Young (née McLaughlin); his children: Ricky (late Lucie Gionet), Robbie (Jackie Honen), and Rhonda (Guy Blanchard); his grandchildren: Sheldon (Ashlyn Hale), Alex (Marc-André Aubin), Kendra, Trysta, Justin (Jessie Bond), Jeremy, and Brittany (Charlie Peters); and his 12 great-grandchildren: Ethan, Mila, Beatrice, Jeanne, Brinley, Beau, Mikey, Lakynn, William, Theo, Clara, and Rowen.
Mr. Young is also survived by his sisters: Molly Young, Eva Rousseau, and Vicky Young; his brothers: Wilford, Gerald, Norman, and Robert Young; his sisters-in-law: Loma Brunette (late Bucko Brunette) and Martyna McLaughlin; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew Young and Orshel Reynolds, and his brother, Andrew Young Jr.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Coopérative Funéraire du Témiscamingue, 11 Riordon Street, Témiscaming. A ceremony will follow at the funeral home at 4 p.m.
